Cancellation Policy
Effective: September 9, 2026
You can cancel your Renter Hive membership online at any time, in just a few clicks — it is as easy as signing up. No phone call, email, or agent is required. This policy explains exactly how.
1. How to Cancel Online
You can cancel your membership yourself, entirely online:
- Sign in and open your Provider Dashboard.
- Go to the Subscription tab.
- Click “Cancel my subscription online.”
- Confirm. That’s it — your cancellation is recorded immediately.
Cancellation is designed to be at least as easy as enrollment. We will never require you to call, email, or speak with an agent to cancel, and we will ask you to reconsider no more than once.
2. Cancelling During Your Free Trial
If you are on a free trial, you can cancel any time before your trial ends to avoid being charged. As long as you cancel before your trial end date, your card on file will not be charged. If you do nothing, your membership automatically continues on the plan you selected at the price shown when you enrolled, and renews monthly until you cancel.
3. Trial-Ending Reminder
Before your free trial converts to a paid membership, we send you a reminder email that tells you when your trial ends, the plan and price that will apply, and how to cancel before you are charged. This reminder is sent in advance of your trial end date so you always have time to decide.
4. What Happens After You Cancel
When you cancel a paid membership, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your paid features until then, and your membership will not renew — no further charges will occur. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Charges already made are handled as described in our Terms of Service.
5. Confirmation
After you cancel, your dashboard shows your cancellation date and the date your access continues through. When your membership is first confirmed, we also email you a receipt of your plan and billing terms to keep for your records.
Questions about cancelling? Reach us through the contact page and we’ll help. This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Provider Agreement.
