Provider Agreement

1. You Are an Independent Business

You list on Renter Hive as an independent business or individual. You are not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Renter Hive. You control your own work, methods, tools, pricing, scheduling, and personnel. Renter Hive is a directory and communications platform only — it does not perform, supervise, direct, price, or guarantee any of your work.

2. Accurate Listings

You agree that the information you provide — including your business name, description, services, service areas, pricing, and any licensing or insurance details — is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for the content of your listing.

3. Licensing, Insurance & Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any license, permit, registration, bond, or insurance required for your work under applicable law, and for performing your work in compliance with all laws. Renter Hive does not verify licensing or insurance except where a specific, labeled verification is expressly shown on your profile, limited to exactly what that label states and the date shown.

4. Your Relationship with Renters

Any agreement, pricing, scheduling, work quality, and dispute is strictly between you and the renter. Renter Hive is not a party to that relationship and does not collect payment for your services.

5. Subscription & Recurring Billing

Listing on Renter Hive is offered on a subscription basis. Renter Hive charges 0% commission on your jobs. When you subscribe, you authorize Renter Hive and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the plan you select, at the price and interval shown at checkout, until you cancel.

If you start on a free trial, your card is required but $0 is charged during the trial. Your selected plan bills automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time from your provider dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and there are no long-term contracts. Charges already made are handled as described in the Terms of Service.

6. Removal & Changes

You may remove your listing at any time. Renter Hive may update these terms or the Platform, and may decline or remove a listing consistent with the Terms of Service.
